How do I place an order? TOP
Order online day or night 24/7.  If you prefer you may place your order by phone @ 518-962-8833 from 10am to 6pm  EST.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.  Personal checks are welcome but merchandise will not ship until the check is cleared.  New York Residents are subject to a 7.75% sales tax.

What are your shipping policies? TOP
The Pink Pig ships all smaller merchandise via UPS Ground, Federal Express or DHL unless otherwise instructed.  For your convenience, we offer Next Day Air, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Select on in-stock items.  Sometimes customer demands exceed our supply and items are back ordered.  In the event that this happens, you will be contacted via email.  All large antique pieces will be shipped via freight and we make every attempt to get you the best shipping quote.  Please call or email for an estimated shipping quote.  You are always welcome to make your own shipping arrangements.  I also ship certain items via Greyhound Express.  Please contact the store to make those arrangements.

What is your return policy? TOP
While we hope you love these one-of-a kind, probably scratched, almost certainly well-worn pieces that I loved searching for high and low, they are Non-Returnable.  If you have any questions or concerns about any of my products, please do not hesitate to contact me.  We are committed to provide you with 100% customer satisfaction.

How do you handle damaged items? TOP
Vintage Antique Furniture is not 100% perfect and I do my best to pack each item very carefully and insure each piece before it leaves the store.  You as the buyer will be responsible for filing any claims for damage incurred during shipping although I will do all I can to help with filing of the claim. 

What is your privacy policy? TOP
Your privacy and security are extremely important to us.  We have established policies and procedures to protect you by providing secure on-line ordering.  All credit card transactions are processed through a secure server with encryption technology.  We consider your information personal and private and will never sell it to outside parties.
